First trip to the mountains for our kids and it did not disappoint! We had little flexibility on when we could travel and Traci was helpful from during booking and our stay. I can imagine we are one of the very few guests who stay and needed to reach out for help, but I can assure you that on the rare chance you need assistance, Traci will go above and beyond on your behalf! If you’re looking for a place to escape to the mountains, book this one!

Such a great getaway weekend & this house was so comfy & cozy! We enjoyed coming home in the afternoons after being busy to relax on the couch or sit in the hot tub! I felt like it was perfect for us to go to all the surrounding towns & attractions we wanted to do. We will for sure be renting again & taking our kids up! Traci was quick to respond to messages & made everything super easy at the rental!

A wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Everything was as described. Quiet, peaceful, private with everything that was needed in the home. The hottub views of the stars at night were wonderful. Lot's to see and do close by. Traci was highly responsive and proactive in communications and never over powering. I would love to stay there again.

We decided to go after the summer season and it was well worth the wait. Super quiet and peaceful beach and pool area. The condo itself was clean and provided everything we could think that we might need! The unit was spacious and with those super high ceilings it felt more like a house. AC worked great and beds were extremely comfortable.

This cabin was wonderful - tucked away in the trees and felt very private yet just down the street from a variety of restaurants. The house was impressively clean and cozy. The driveway is in fact quite steep! But easily doable with an SUV. Would love to stay here again.

Traci’s place is on the second floor but literally on the beach, which made it so convenient to make trips for more food and drink refills. It’s also centrally located to grocery stores and tons of seafood restaurants and breakfast diners. Her unit was spotless, the beds were comfy and the coffee machine was cool because it did Keurig pods and brewed coffee. (The guys were impressed) We’ll definitely be back!!

Great spot and great host! The screened in patio was our favorite every morning and evening, and our young daughter loved it as well. Very clean, updated furniture, and host was very responsive to our needs and requests. The pools onsite were great (especially for a toddler) and we opted to do the short drive to the beach instead of walking. Will definitely be returning as this is a new fav for us!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony view of the ocean was absolutely incredible. Everything was just as described, and it made for a relaxing and memorable trip. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Super kid-friendly with games and books for the kids. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, and everything was just as described. Walking distance to the pool, plus the golf cart shuttle to the beach was so convenient. We loved having the beach gear ready to go, and the location was close to plenty of places to eat. Extra perks: great water pressure, blackout curtains (huge win for us), comfy beds, and the kitchen had all those little necessity items you don’t think about needing but are so glad to have. We’d definitely stay again!

I have to say that Traci made this vacation one of the best ones i have had. I have been coming to Garden City Beach for many years and this is the first time I felt welcomed, secure and confident that she was there for anything we may have needed. This was as close to perfect as you can get starting with the view and the condo is so tastefully done. The modern decor gives a sense of openness, comfort clean and bright. It just feels good there. Traci's attention to detail is impeccable because it shows how much she loves this place. Everything about it was wonderful, the coffee bar, the walk in shower, the beds are so comfy! I hope to stay again. This is a peaceful clutter free light oasis.
