The 2nd bathroom includes a shower/tub combo , starter packs of shampoo, condition, bar soap, a heat lamp and towels. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆ With windows facing the ocean, the living area is bright and cheery. The 54" flat screen TV has cable and your favorite streaming services. The dining room seats 6 and there are 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all the comforts of home including lots of cabinet space to store your groceries, a full size refrigerator with ice maker (and ice trays), electric oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender. Also included are pots, pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, children's plates, cups and plasticware. Our coffee obsessed bar includes a Keurig with kcup and 12 cup pot, regular and decaf coffee, teas, gourmet syrups, sugar and non-dairy creamer to get you started. We also provide starter packs of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. ☆☆ LAUNDRY ☆☆ A new stackable washer/dryer is available for your private use including starter washing machine liquid, and a portable steamer to get wrinkles out of clothing.

Cleanliness: We take pride in offering a meticulously clean and comfortable space for our guests. To ensure you have a fresh and spotless unit upon arrival, we work with a thorough cleaning team who requires the full cleaning window between reservations. For this reason and due to the high demand for this property year round, we can't accommodate early check-ins. However, your check-in time of 4pm allows our cleaning team to work their magic and provide you with the best possible start to your stay! In the meantime, feel free to explore the neighborhood and let us know if you need any local recommendations. Maintaining Comfort: To keep our condo cool and comfortable for you, we kindly ask that you turn off the AC when opening patio doors or windows. Leaving the doors/windows open with AC running can cause condensation and potential dripping from the vents. Security: For everyone's safety, please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when you leave the condo. Packages: This unit doesn’t not have a mailbox and cannot receive packages from Amazon, FedEx, or UPS. Please utilize a local postal facility to retrieve a shipment. We provide 6 beach towels for your convenience! They can be found in the dresser drawers in the primary bedroom. To keep them fresh for future guests, we kindly ask that you remove excess sand, place them in the washing machine, and start a cleaning cycle before your departure.

Neighborhood

Garden City Beach is about 10 miles south of the center of Myrtle Beach and 3 miles north of Murrell's Inlet. It's a 15 minute ride to the Myrtle Beach airport. Garden City Beach is more residential and quieter - a great place for small families looking for a safe area and nice people.

Guest Access

Guests can use the entire condo. There is a private closet on the first floor with beach chairs (4) , beach toys, umbrellas and boogie boards. There is also a shared pool with outdoor shower. This 4-story condo has 2 elevators, parking for two cars (use passes), and luggage carts to assist. There are 5 steps down to access this unit. Motorcycles or golf carts are not permitted on the property. A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you on your date of arrival.

Exactly what we were looking for. We wanted something on the beach with great reviews and a reasonable price. Beautiful condo. You can hear the ocean from your bed. Very clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. I have mobility issues and this was very close to the elevator. Just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Traci's condo at Murrell's Inlet is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a beach getaway. Whether it's sitting on the deck early morning with your coffee to the view and sounds of the ocean or the easy Beach access, you can't ask for much more. The condo was immaculately clean. I'm very particular about the cleanliness of where I'm staying, so I was happy that the reviews and Traci's description was accurate. I highly recommend!!!

Loved the condo!! the elevator on our side of building stopped working the day before we went home so we had to walk alot of steps to load up for departure. The people above us were very hard walkers and woke us up really early in the mornings and it was hard to find a place to park if you came back later at night but that's not the owners fault. other than that it was a great place and good loction.

Beautiful Beach! 🏖️ Traci’s place is AMAZING! It is right on the beach & has a beautiful view of the ocean. She has 2 comfortable chairs on her deck, with a small table, where we loved to sit & enjoy the view (& people watch). We started our day on the deck, and finished our day sitting out there. The sound of the waves is so relaxing!! Her place is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything we needed. The coffee bar was perfect for my husband-who claimed it was just like being home in the morning. Her place is very clean, and the furniture was all very comfortable. Traci was very responsive & welcoming-she checked in with us ahead of time, and told us to reach out if we needed anything (we didn’t). We certainly hope to get back there again! 😊

Traci’s place is as described, and she is a wonderful host. She offers many amenities for the value of the condo, I highly recommend booking! We love staying in the Seamaster Condos and hope to stay with Traci again next year when we return!

Have rented many beach properties, and this place was for away the most beautiful. The constant presence of the ocean and beach was so peaceful. The unit was well equipped, and the host was great. I will definitely make my first choice if I return to the area.

We wound up at Traci’s in a spur of the moment decision due to a change of plans. We had a terrific stay at her place! Traci’s place is perfect for a few days oceanside at the beach with the surf literally at your doorstep. Her place is clean and comfortable provides all of the amenities that you’ll need to relax and enjoy the Carolina sun and surf. Traci is a wonderful host, super responsive, and proactive. We look forward to returning with our children again. In fact, we can’t wait!

From start to finish, this trip was seamless. The condo itself is welcoming and very comfortable with all the little extras taken care of for your stay. Things like nightlights, comfortable mattresses, a well stocked kitchen, an ice maker and ice trays, bath towels, beach towels, good lighting, good a/c, great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Yes, many places provide these items but usually not all of them. While not needed, we appreciated the information for the closest hospital. The coffee bar is really very nice! The decor flows from room to room creating a peacefulness throughout. Being an end unit, the views of the beach are amazing whether from inside or from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunrises each morning of our stay and then our breakfast. We actually changed our plans so we could return to sit on the balcony in the late afternoon to enjoy the breeze and just relax. Truly a great getaway!
